Homework Help: geometry

Determine the volume of the figure.
The base of the pyramid is the triangle and we don't know it's height I need to
find it first. solve for h The numbers
are 5ft and 7ft on top and 6ft and 5ft on bottom. I have no idea how to do this
one can someone please help.
