Homework Help: math

This is confusing:

This proportion can be changed to (0.45)y = x, where x represents the person's weight in kilograms and y represents the person's weight in pounds. The recommended protein in grams is numerically equal to the person's weight in kilograms.

If a man intakes 65 g of protein daily, his recommended intake, how much does he weigh in pounds?
