What would happen to a weak base dissocialation equilibruim if more products were added?

Le Chatelier's Principle tells us that if we disturb an equilibrium it will shift to undo what we've done.; So if we add one of the products the equilibrium will shift to the left in order to use up the products and form more of the un-dissociated material.

NH3 + H2O ==> NH4^+ + OH^-
If we add NH4Cl or NaOH, the reaction will shift to the left to decrease the products and NH3 will increase.
