Ammonia, NH3, is a stronger ligand than Cl- but weaker than CN-. Complete the balanced equations for the reactions that are predicted to occur.

CoCl6^3- (aq) + CN- (aq) --->
Co(NH3)6^3+ (aq) + Cl- (aq) --->
Co(CN)6^3- (aq) + NH3 (aq) --->

And you don't understand what? From the problem I would expect Co(CN)6^3- and NR, NR.
