the hotdog shack sold 359 hotdogs during their 2-day grand opening celebration on saturday and sunday. the number of hotdogs sold on sunday was 13 less than twice the number of hotdogs sold on saturday. how many hotdogs did the hotdog shack sell on sunday?

Let x =Saturday's sales, then 2x-13 = Sunday's sales.

x + 2x - 13 = 359

Solve for x, then 2x-13.
