A worker is exposed to toluene, methylene chloride, and turpentine vapors. if the 8 hr TWA exposures are determined by charcoal tube sampling to be 60 ppm toluene, 20 ppm methylene chloride and 20 ppm turpentine, using OSHA's PELs, has there been an overexposure? If not, why?

This is a very specific question and I don't know the OSHA PELs. If you have a general question let me know what it is and I'll go through it with you.
