Homework Help: Why Viscosity of honey change when water is added

Why does the viscosity of honey change when water is added to it?
I have seached the whole internet but can someone please explain this to me in forms of year 11 chemistry.
Is it because water is less viscous then honey and so when added to honey the density changes.
