“Help me, I’ve been shot,” screamed the fallen policeman. OK. You could also have an exclamation mark in here, too. Do you see where?

“Just Once,” said Jennifer. “I would like you to pay for the pizza.” Almost. Lower-case "o" on "once" and a comma after "Jennifer" because the sentence continues after her name.
