( x - h ) ^ 2 / a ^ 2 - ( y - k ) ^ 2 / b ^ 2 = 1

In this case :

( x + 3 ) ^ 2 / 16 - ( y - 5 ) ^ 2/ 64 = 1

[ x - ( - 3 ) ] ^ 2 / 4 ^ 2 - ( y - 5 ) ^ 2 / 8 ^ 2 = 1

h = - 3

k = 5

a = 4

b = 8
