Good start. Your thesis statement could be something like this: Steven Spielberg would be an excellent speaker for an assembly.
New make an outline with at least three specific reasons supporting your thesis.
"Spielberg's ability to communicate visually in the media of film is no doubt matched by his versatility as a public speaker." take it from there. giving examples of the oral topics he might cover as expressed already in his incredibly varied kinds of films, from serious drama to cartoons. good luck.
