y = -1-2t

Steve, for a) I got this instead:
vector equation:
[x, y, z] = [6, -1, 5] + t[-8, -2, 1]
parametric equation:
x=6+t(-2)
x=6-2t
y=-1+t(-3)
y=-1-3t
z=5+6t
is that correct? ...
