Coffee Express sells three drinks -lattes mochas and cappuccinos. Each latte has 3 ounces of espresso and 13 ounces of milk. Each mocha has 3 ounces of espresso 11 ounces of milk and 2 ounces of chocolate syruo. Each cappuccino had 5 ounces of espresso and 5 ounces of milk. Last week the coffee express sold 52 lattes 60 mochas and 35 cappuccinos in friday then 30 lattes 25 mochas and 10 cappuccinos on saturday and 21 lattes 15 mochas and 8 cappuccinos on sunday. Suppose the owner wants to know how much espresso milk and chocolate syrup they used on each day. The answer should be in the form of a matrix.

I think it would be easier on a spreadsheet.

horizontal: days of week
vertical: type of drink

then, on a new row, choc, expreso, milk totals
