A body of mass 300g movers in a circle of 4m at a uniform speed of 12m/s. Calculate the angular velocity and the tripetal force

If r =4 m,
ω = v/R = 12/4 = 3 rad/s.
F = m•a(norm) = m•ω^2•R = 0.3•9•4 = 10.8 N
