ok i plan to write about fashion designing but dont know how to start. (i really need some ideas)

You start by brainstorming. Why should the college offer these courses? Why would it benefit the college? How would it benefit students?

Then make an outline of what you want to say.

The next step is to formulate a thesis statement.
