A 21.2mL sample of 0.307M ammonia, NH3 is titrated with 0.259 M hydrobromic acid. What is the pH before the addition of any hydrobromic acid?

I am not sure how to start this. I know I could completeit if I knew where to start. Would I set up a moles table?
