i hve to do metaphor assignment where i tell which type of writer i be. i not know what metaphor to use some example be

spider: I am a writer: I am a spider, spinning a web of meaning with words and images pulled from my soul. I display my beautiful and fragile work to the world, hoping to lure my readers, to catch them in my web of words and change their lives.

there be other like rough draft, eraser, turtle, etc.

i not know which one i use to describe me writing, i know i be slow coming with ideas, i kind of also be like rough draft. all my writing be a reflection of what i watch. i not really read books, i watch hindi shows, i try to teach lesson through what i write. i not know what metaphor be to describe what type writer i be.

I thought about comparing you with an elephant or a tortoise or a turtle. They are slow, but steady.

But the metaphor I like best is comparing you as a writer with a tree. It grows slowly. It absorbs the nutrients in the soil, the fresh air, the sun. It shades people under it.

Do you think you can do something with these ideas?

you think it be easier if it in form of poem or paragraph?

  • English - ,

For me, it would be easier in a paragraph. But you may find it easier to write it as a poem.
