i did my project on the attack on pearl harbor and it says that i have to describe how my project relates to the theme "Revoultion,Reaction and Reform" i have no clue about this question. Please help?

The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor was a revolution in international relations. Of course, the U.S. reacted -- which eventually led to a reform of the Japanese government after the war.
