simple google searches reveal:
1)
CH4 + Cl2 = CH3Cl + HCl
2)
H3PO4 + 3NaOH = Na3PO4 + 3H2O
3)
Na2CO3 + H2SO4 -> Na2SO4 + H2O + CO2
4)
Na2S + 2HCl = H2S + 2NaCl
