The space station is going 17500 mph as it orbits the earth. How long will it take to orbit 1 time if the earths diameter is 7926 miles and the space station orbits at 240 miles above the earth.

earth radius = 7926/2
orbit radius = Ro = 7926/2 + 240

distance = 2 pi Ro = 2 pi (7926/2 +240)
time = distance/speed
= 2 pi (7926/2 +240) / 17500
