Determine the concentration in parts per million if 0.500 moles of NaCl are found in 35000g of a salt water solution.

Okay, so I've done questions dealing with ppm and was able to work them out fine, but I can't seem to figure this one out. Any help you can give me would be great. Thank you.

What about changing 0.5 mol NaCl to grams.

g = mols x molar mass.
Then you will have ?g NaCl/35,000 g H2O and you are dealing with the same unit.
