In the graph below, point D is reflected across the yaxis. What are the coordinates of it's image?
The graph looks like D is below the xaxis to the right 3 places from yaxis and down 1 place from xaxis.
So would my answer be (3,1)?

no, that would be its reflection across the xaxis.
(3,1) > (3,1)
think about folding the graph along the yaxis. The yvalues don't change.
