3) Lady Macbeth was the driving force (better "is" ?) of the play because se tries to overcome her husband's doubts.
4) She also tells him that the blood from his hands (correction: "on") is a filthy witness.
5) Firstly, a sexual or violent crime is committed (was committed is wrong) against a family member of the hero, which for various reasons cannot be punished.
6) As the play develops the hero becomes more and more isolated and this isolation will turn into madness.
Hamlet can be considered a revenge tragedy (or "as" a revenge tragedy) because it includes the features of a revenge tragedy.
