A(1,7), M(x,y), B(7,5), C(0,-2).
1. x = (1+7) / 2 = 4.
y = (7+5) / 2 = 6.
m1 = (5-7) / (7-1) = -1/3.
m2 = -(-3/1) = 3. = Negative reciprocal of mi.
Y = mx + b.
3*4 + b = 6.
b = -6.
Eq: Y = 3x - 6.
2. m = (-2-5) / (0-7) = 1.
