3 the size of a 1pound container is 16x more than the 1 oz container. 4 the size of a one pound container is 1/16 the size of a one oz container.

the 1-oz container will be 1/16 the size of the 1-lb container, considering only volume. (B)

Note that (C) says the lb is 16x**more**, making it 17x the size.
