A group of 12 students has average height of 58 inches. Another group of 6 students have an average of 52 inches. What is average height of 18 students combined.

Mean = Σx/n

58 = Σx/12

696 = Σx

52 = Σx/6

312 = Σx

New mean = (696+312)/18 = ?
