There is a table that shows the percent of adults who used computers from 1984 through 1993. And it says , what is the rate of change from 1989 to 1993? The table shows the years, 1984, 1989, and 1993. And then under it, it says the percent of adults. Under the nummber 1984, it says 18, under the number 1989, it says 28, and under the number 1993, it says 36. Can anyone help me, please?
