Homework Help: Problem with 2 English sentences (French student)

Bonjour!

Dans un livre, j'ai lu cette phrase (je précise que l'auteur parle d'une situation présente aux États-Unis):

Starbucks promised to create a new line of three fair-trade-certified whole-bean coffees (and four more under its Seattle's Best Coffee label) for its college food-service locations.

Cette phrase est accompagnée d'une note de bas de page, qui dit ceci:

As of this writing, Starbuck's off-campus locations still serve only one line (and one size) of fair-trade whole-bean coffee.

Je me pose plusieurs questions:

1) "college food-services locations": s'agit-il de cafés Starbucks ou de restaurants universitaires qui servent du café Starbucks?

2) "its college food-service locations" et "Starbucks off-campus locations" font-ils référence à la même chose ou à deux choses différentes (cafés situés à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des campus)?

3) "whole-bean coffees": ce sont bien des grains de café vendus en paquets? Dans ce cas, "serve only one line" signifie-t-il que les établissements en question servent des boissons faites à partir de ces grains?

Bonjour! Sans savoir le livre ou l'année de publication, il est possible que ce que vous avez lu soit démodé. Mais en tout cas, on peut solicitter "a licensed store" ou avoir "a food-service contract" avec Starbucks.

Merci beaucoup pour ces liens. Le livre est "Brewing Justice" de Daniel Jaffee, il date de 2007, et la première phrase fait référence à l'année 2005.

1. Ce sont des starbucks sur les campus universitaires.

2. 2 dif. choses. sur campus, et hors-campus.

3. essentiellement ils ont seulement une varieté (une seule gamme) de café grain-entier équitable.
