Determine wether the two expressions are equivalent. If so,tell what property is applied. If not explain why.

1) 9 x 1 and 9. Is this expression equivalent because 9 x 1=9 and also 1 x 9=9.this would be an example of an communitive property.

2) 7 x 3 and 3 x 7. This expression would be equivalent because no matter which position the. Numbers are swithched around,theyb will alsways get the same answer.this is an example of the associative property.
