Homework Help: Statistics homework distribution problem?

i need help with how to solve this:
consider a normal distribution with mean 30 and standard deviation 2. what is the probability a value selected at random from this distribution is greater than 30?

the book gives me the answer but i need to know how to solve it. please help?
