30 * 2 / 3 = 60 / 3 = 20 hours

OR

8 / 12 = x / 30

8 * 30 = 12 * x

240 = 12 x Divide both sides by 12

240 / 12 = x

20 = x

x = 20 hours

OR

30 / 12 = 2.5

2.5 * 8 = 20 hours
