An inner tube for a bicycle has a diameter of 2 inches and measures about 82 inches along its circumference. What formula would you use to determine the numbers of cubic inches of air the inner tube can hold

Math
Steve,
Cut the tube. It is a cylinder 82 in long, with a crosssection a circle of radius 1
The volume of the cylinder is thus pi r^2 * h = 82pi
