well, let's see if y = a^x
if x = 2, y = 1/25
so
1/25 = a^2
1/5 = a
so try
y = (1/5)^x
test x = -2
y = (1/5)^-2
y = (1)/(1/5)^2 = 1/(1/25) = 25
that sure is promising
