(1) Write equations for the height of each bomb vs t,
(2) Set then equal and solve for t.
(3) Use that t and either height equation to solve for location
Y1 = 40 -4.9 t^2
Y2 = 20t - 4.9 t^2
Y1 = Y2 when t = 2 seconds
Solve for either Y.
