Homework Help: Chemistry

Here is the picture I am given:

This is supposed to be at a constant temperature, the hint says it's endothermic because energy is used to break the bonds. I believe it is a constant volume so w = 0 since it's endothermic is q positive? and that would make Esurroundings negative?
