1/4x = 6

2t = 4/7

Can you show me how to do didn't understand on class. Working on solving fraction equation. Multiply and divide

Divide both sides of the equation by 1/4.

x = 6 / (1/4)

When dividing fractions, invert the fraction and multiply.

x = 6 * (4/1)

x = 24
