Move the decimal point 11 places to the right. Two places gets you past all the available digits:

now you need 9 more zeroes:

7.13x10^11 = 713,000,000,000
- To convert from scientific notation to standard from simply move the decimal point 11 spaces to the right after the 7 . 10's power will tell you how many spaces to move to decimal , if its positive to the right and if its negitave to the left (just add zeros).
