1) As I'm planning all the details for our preliminary meeting, I urgently need to know when you are arriving and if you need any help to arrange your transportation from the airport to Milan.
"transfer" = transferring from one plane to another in order to reach the destination.
"transportation" = how the person is getting from the airport to his/her hotel (cab, bus, private car, or what?)
