i have to write report on one disease caused by contamination of water. ms. sue can you please give me easy understanding site that tell me causes of disease, effects and how safer water may contain it.

You might consider reporting on dysentery. One of my friends got it from drinking contaminated water in India years ago. She was very sick for months and her roommate died of it.
