I urgently need to translate an evaluation grid ( to evaluate pupils' paragraphs) into English.

1) The total score is 15. The points will be ? as follows:
Content: 5
Grammar and vocabulary accuracy: 5
Cohesion (use of appropriate sentence connectors, critical criawareness ??? and logical copacity??):5

2) I really find it difficult to summarize the evalutation grid.
