tickets for a football match are sold at $30 for adults and $15 for children a company bought 28 tickets
if x of these tickets were for adults, write in terms of x
a. the number of tickets for children
b. the amount spent on tickets for adults
c. the amount spent on tickets for children
d show that the total amount spent on the 28 tickets is $(15x+420)
e. given that the cost of the 28 tickets was $660, calculate the number of adult tickets bought by the company

These questions almost answer themselves. For example:
a) 28 - x
b) 30 x
c) 15(28 -x)
d) 30x +15(28-x) = _____
e) Solve 15x + 420 = 660 to get x
