This is the only paragraph I'll correct for you. I've read through your other posts, no matter what name you use, and I see someone who has been studying English for a little while, but does not have good control over correct uses of verbs or adjectives, etc. To have someone on a website correct all your work will not teach you what you need to know.

    One time only:

Students must write a reflection about what we learned during class about managerial skills. During the lessons on managerial skill, we learned different theories and ways to apply these skills in our lives and in our work, as well as how we can apply these skills as we work with different people. The objective of writing such a reflection is so the teacher will know what we have learned during the class and how we can apply the theories to our lives. We have the opportunity to demonstrate our skills and improve our attitudes and behavior.
