Hello!

Do you have any ideas on what to give to the rest of my class tomorrow while 10 of them write an exam? Some kind of an interesting exercise? They are learning English as a foreign language for 7 years now (15 year olds)

I'd choose a word-search or a crossword puzzle ... and maybe have them work in pairs.

Hello there! Sure, I can help you come up with an interesting exercise for your classmates while 10 of them are writing an exam. How about a fun and educational English vocabulary game? Here's how you can organize it:

1. Vocabulary Relay Race: Divide the remaining students into two teams. Prepare a list of English words or phrases related to different categories (e.g., animals, food, sports, etc.). Each team will have a chance to answer as many words as possible within a set time limit.

2. Pictionary: Divide the students into pairs and give each pair a set of word cards. One student will have to draw the word while the other student tries to guess it within a limited time frame. Rotate the pairs so that everyone gets a chance to participate.

3. Vocabulary Bingo: Create bingo cards with English words or phrases. Call out definitions, synonyms, or examples of the words, and the students will mark the corresponding word on their cards. The first person to get a row, column, or diagonal line filled wins!

4. Taboo Words: Prepare a list of English words or phrases and distribute them to the students. Each student takes turns describing the word on their card without using the word itself or certain related words. Their classmates must guess the word within a time limit.

Remember, these activities can be modified depending on the level of difficulty you desire or the time available. Additionally, you can provide small prizes, like stickers or candies, to make it more exciting for your classmates. Good luck, and have fun with your English vocabulary game!
