A diagonal of a rectangle measures 61cm. The width of the rectangle is 11cm. Find the length of the rectangle.

This is the case for the Pythagorean Theorem!

a^2 + b^2 = c^2

11^2 + b^2 = 61^2

121 + b^2 = 3721

b^2 = 3721 - 121

b^2 = 3600

b = 60
