#2 is 3/4 > 3/8
so all but #2 is wrong i see what i did now on # 2 and agree should be <
as:
-3/4 becomes -0.75
-3/8 becomes -0.375
so -0.75 < -0.375
right?
im really confused because i posted this question earlier and someone else just replied and said all my answers are wrong. so now im confused if im right or wrong?
opps sorry i did it again
it should be - 3/4 > -3/8
so i do have them all wrong?
From your above ....
opps sorry i did it again
it should be - 3/4 > -3/8
NO!
Your way, (the way your teacher showed you)
-3/4 = -.75
-3/8 = -.375
Now which is farthest to the right, that is the larger, so
-.375 > -.75 or -3/8 > -3/4
My way, the way I showed you in the other post
3/4 ....... 3/8
3/4 > 3/8
-3/4 < - 3/8
I havent looked at all of them yet, give me a minute and I will, but you definitely don't have them all wrong.
i had < originally for
- 3/4 < - 3/8 you said wrong
but reiny corrected me said
it is: - 3/4 < - 3/8
im missed class yesterday so i will go in tomorrw early
are numbers 6-12 negative number?
