Jun-Jee either ran 5 or 7 miles each day for 30 consecutive days. His total mileage during this period was 166>

How many days did he run 5 miles?
How many days did he run 7 miles?

number of days he ran 5 miles --- x
number of days he rans 7 miles --- 30-x

5x + 7(30-x) = 166

solve for x , then sub in the original definitions
