a. Andrew Jackson.

b. Abraham Lincoln.

c. U.S. Grant.

d. Franklin Roosevelt.

e. Richard Nixon.

I know for sure it is not Andrew Jackson ..

My guess would be.. Roosevelt ?

Lincoln was an activist president. He took us into a civil war and issued the Emancipation Proclamation.

What about the presidents since Lincoln?
