You're right. There needs to be a colon there and immediately following should be a list or a series of specifics.
2) The regicide brings about chaos. For example, the sky is troubled and the horses start to eat one another.
3) The last theme is the reversal of values -- "beautiful is ugly and ugly is beautiful" -- introduced by the three witches.
4) By using these metaphor, Macbeth stresses that it is sleep which removes our cares.
5) The first theme is that of the reversal of values.
