1) The dominant themes in Shakespeare's Macbeth are as follows. (I don't think " as follows" is correct because it should be followed by a colon)
2) The regicide brings about chaos. Actually, the sky is troubled and the horses start to eat one another.
3) The last theme is the reversal of values "beautiful is ugly and ugly is beautiful" introduced by the three witches.
4) With these metaphors (By using these metaphors) Macbeth wants to stress that it is sleep that removes our cares.
5) The first theme is (that of) the reversal of values.
