How much will the ice cream cone hold if the radius is 4 inches and the height is 3 inches? Round your answer to the nearest hundredth place.

**Anonymous**, Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 5:00amthe volume of a cone is 1/3 pi r^2 h, but the store is stupid if it scrapes off the ice cream so it just fills the cone. Surely at least a scoop or so extends above the cone!
