An ice cream shop is changing the size of their ice cream cone. The volume of a cone is .

How much will the ice cream cone hold if the radius is 4 inches and the height is 3 inches? Round your answer to the nearest hundredth place.

the volume of a cone is 1/3 pi r^2 h, but the store is stupid if it scrapes off the ice cream so it just fills the cone. Surely at least a scoop or so extends above the cone!
