I urgently need you check these statements. Thank you very much.

1) Unfortunately the deadline to apply to our national agency for a preliminary visit for our project (to define the topic of our project) was 18 November.
2) What do you think we can do?
The visit is not eligible to be financed (I don't know how to explain that we cannot apply for having our visit financed)
