Looks like
(36b^2) / (5b^2 - 20b + 20) * (5b-10)/6b
=36b^2/5(b-2)(b-2) * 5(b-2)/6b
= 5*36b^2(b-2) / 5*6b(b-2)(b-2)
= 6b/(b-2)
